Ralph J. Formisano

Ralph J. Formisano, 78, of Bristol Lane, a manager of Hackensack Water Co. in New Jersey, died Monday at Florida Hospital Ormond Memorial.

Mr. Formisano, an Army veteran of World War II, was born in Union City, N.J., and in 1991 he came here from Paramus, N.J, He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus Fourth Degree Bishop Barry Assembly 7845, and the New Jersey Club. Mr. Formisano enjoyed cruising, travel, bowling, golf and cooking.

Survivors include his wife of 19 months, Linda; two brothers, John, Pembroke Pines, and Arthur; Port Smith, N.H.; and two sisters, Phylis Liotta, Las Vegas, and Eleanor Mattliano, Spring Hill.
