Aldo G. Bartolomei, 71, of Cold Spring  Court, who retired in 1988 as a program manager for the U.S. Department of the  Navy, died Thursday at Florida Hospital-Flagler. 
		        
		        .An Army veteran of the Korean War; Mr.  Bartolomei was born in the Bronx, N.Y., and moved here in 1995 from Maryland.  He was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, a past grand  knight of Sacred Heart Council 2577, Bowie, Md., past state deputy of Maryland  Knights of Columbus, member of .Monsignor Gildea 7845 of the Knights of  Columbus and a fourth degree knight of Bishop Patrick Barry Assembly 2264. 
		        
		        Survivors include his wife of 43 years,  Jean; two sons, David, Potomac Falls, Va., and Gregory, Bethesda, Md.; two  daughters, Penny Colvin; Hampton, Va., and Marisa Bartolomei, Media, Pa.; a  brother, Silvio, and a sister, Filomena Donati, both of Palm Coast; and six  grandchildren.
