		      Nea  Wells Wright 
		      
		      Mrs.  Nea Wells Wright, 68, a former Daytona Beach resident and widow of T. J.  Wright, former director of the City Transit Dept, died Wednesday night in North  Miami after a long illness. 
		      
		      Born  in Jacksonville, Mrs. Wright was the daughter of the late Daniel Wells, an  aviation pioneer. He assisted the Wright Brothers in their efforts and also  invented the "joy stick," used to steer aircraft. Mrs. Wright moved  to Daytona Beach as a child and was a resident here until her recent illness.  She supported the activities of her husband, who managed his father's Ocean  Pier Casino and was Holly Hill Police Chief and Chief Deputy of the Volusia  County Sheriff's Dept. for many years. 
		      
		      She  is survived by three daughters, Ella Jane, now of Gainesville, Mrs. Joyce  Wright Padova, now of North Miami, and Jodie, now of Macclenny; three  grandchildren and one great grandchild.
