August 21, 2004Joshua Waggoner, 16, of Hastings, died Aug. 18, 2004, at his home. He was a native of Parkersburg, W.Va., and he was a junior at Pedro Menendez High School.
Services: 2 p.m. Sunday at Flagler Estates Baptist Church.
Officiating: Pastor Bill German.
Survivors: His mother, Ponda Sue Waggoner, Hastings; brothers, Michael A. Waggoner Jr., Orlando; Nathan Waggoner, Jacksonville; sister, Kimberly Wilkins, Rocky Mount, Va.; grandparents, Harland and Dortha Hodge, Harnsville, W.Va.
He was predeceased by his father, Michael Alan Waggoner.
