Agnes Odessa Shorter, 73, passed away peacefully at Moultrie Creek Nursing home Dec. 26, 2009. She loved her family very much and was devoted to them all. She also loved the Lord and was a member of Freedom Baptist Church.

She leaves behind, with her memory in their hearts, her sons, Karl (Karen) Robinson, Emory (Carolyn) Whitecloud and John Corbin; sister, Pearl Outlaw; brothers, Robert Bryant and Leon Bryant; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

She was predeceased by her son, Joseph Corbin, her sister, Mary E. Douglas, and brother, Andrew Bryant.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Craig Funeral Home. The graveside funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pellicer Creek Cemetery.
