Funeral services were held at 3,o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the, First Baptist Church of Bunnell for J. Eddie Pellicer of Bunnell who died Saturday night in Emory Hospital, in Atlanta, Ga., following a long illness.

Rev. E. W. Ware, pastor of the church, officiated. Burial followed in the Pellicer Creek Cemetery.

Mr. Pellicer was a, native of McDonald, Ga., but had resided, in Flagler County for the past 53 years where he had engaged in the farming industry. He was 68 years of age.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Peggy Salyerds, Aberdeen, Md., Mrs. Louise Hatcher and Mrs. Beatrice Cockrell, both of Bunnell; six sons, LeRoy, Milton, Claude, J. B., Herschel and Hubert, all of Bunnell; 16 grandchildren  and two great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are one Sister, Mrs. Laura Frier of Bunnell and one brother, Phodie P. Pellicer of Bunnell.

Active pallbearers were Martin Harding, C. H. Cowart, Lee Blakely, Mike Steflik, William Wadsworth, and Travis Chambers. Honorary pallbearers were John Kinney, O. F. Alford, F. M. Townsend, Frank Mercer, Willie Tilton, Robert Bertha, O. D. Robertson, Henry Wells and Charles E. Creal.
