Claude John Pellicer, III, 31, of Bunnell, passed away Friday, September 20, 2013 in Flagler County from injuries received in an automobile accident.

A native of Gainesville, John was a lifelong resident of Flagler County. He worked on the family farm in Flagler County. John enjoyed fishing and was especially good at drawing.

He is survived by his parents Suzette Pellicer and Claude "Johnny" Pellicer both of Bunnell, 2 brothers, Jamey Burnsed of Bunnell and Chuck Pellicer of Gainesville, a sister, Christy Crain of Bunnell and his grandparents, Peggy Jones of Niantic, CT and Joann King of Flagler Beach.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Pellicer Creek Cemetery with Hutch King officiating. No visitation is scheduled.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John's memory to Wound Warrior Project, P.O Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675. 

Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka.
