Mrs. Newburn Dies; Resided Here Six Years

Mrs. Jessie Mae Newburn, 74, 23 Phillips St., died at her residence Sunday morning. She was born in Green Cove Springs and had resided in St. Augustine for the past six years.

She was a member of the St. Augustine Evangelistic Center, Waldo Street.

Survivors include three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Grace, Miss Betty Grace, Mrs. Essie Hadenbrook, all of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at St. Augustine Evangelistic Center, Waldo Street, with the Rev. Jack Mesuita, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Pellicer Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel of the Craig Funeral Home from 4 p.m., Tuesday, until noon, Wednesday, and at the Evangelistic Center from 1 p.m., Wednesday, until the hour of services.
