Funeral services for Benjamin Leon (Benny) McSwain, 53, 2 Florida Ave., who died January 5 in a Jacksonville hospital, were held at 2 p.m., Saturday in the chapel of the Craig Funeral Home, with the Rev. R. L. Pringle Sr., Baptist minister, officiating. Burial was in Pellicer Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers were Barney Quigley, Rudolph Quigley, Shirley Tomlinson, Har­ry Hartley, Alton Kersey and Joe Kersey.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Carol McSwain, St. Augustine; his father, Neil McSwain, St. Augustine; daughters; Mrs. Nita Gill, Green Cove Springs, Mrs. Estelle Wood, Miami, Mrs. Juanita Terrell, St. Augustine, Mrs. Marie Wood, Palm Beach, Mrs. Rita Smith, Jacksonville; sons, Leon B. McSwain, Vietnam, Charles U. McSwain, Jacksonville; and a sister, Mrs. Fred Lange, St. Augustine.

Craig Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
