Miss Helen Kozlowski, 54, St. Johns Park, died Monday afternoon at Bunnell General Hospital following an extended illness.

She was born in Lima, Ohio and moved to Flagler County 8 years ago from there. She was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Margaret Rohrs, Malinto, Ohio; two brothers, Bernard, St. Johns Park; and Leonard, Lima, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Stephens Catholic Church with the Rev. Fr. Thomas Cody officiating. Rosary service will be recited at 8 p.m. tonight in the Craig Funeral Home Chapel in Bunnell. Calling hours will be from 4 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Craig Funeral Home. 

Interment will be at Pellicer Creek Cemetery.
