Tony Lee Kersey, 47, died Friday, Aug. 3, 2001, at Flagler Hospital.
Tony was born in St. Augustine and had resided in Hastings. He was an avid sportsman who loved to fish and hunt.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Nina Kersey, and brother, Gene Kersey.
Survivors are his wife, Cindy Kersey of Hastings; daughters, Toni Lee Kersey of St. Augustine, Tammi Kersey of Hastings; stepson, Todd Slaughter of Hastings; father, T.W. Kersey and stepmother, Dot Kersey of Hastings; brothers, David Kersey, Bo Kersey, Joel Kersey, all of Hastings; sisters, Cleo Kersey and Gianetta Johns of Hastings, and Donna Woods of Nashville, Ga.
It was Tony's wish for his final arrangement to be cremation. A service is not planned.
