August 5, 2008Gretchen Veronica Hunter, age 76 of Jacksonville, Fla., died Aug. 4, 2008, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Jacksonville. She was born in White Plains, N.Y. She was the wife of the late Robert "Buck" Hunter.

Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Pellicer Creek Cemetery.
She is survived by daughter: Monica Mihalik; sons, Robert and Timothy Hunter, all of Jacksonville; five sisters, Katherine McCann, Frances Park, Betty Mackey, Barbara LaChapelle and Joan Iarocci; and brother, Frank Medl, all of Jacksonville; 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Craig Funeral Home Crematory Memorial Park is in charge of the arrangements.
