	          Mrs.  Cothron Dies; Services Are Wednesday 
	          
	          Mrs.  Agnes Bryant Cothron, 88, 39 Sanford St., died Saturday morning in Flagler  Hospital, A native of Matanzas, she was .a lifelong resident of St. Johns  County. 
	          
	          She  was a member of the Church of Christ. She was a St. Johns County schoolteacher,  serving in Matanzas from 1908-12. 
	          
	          She  was the wife of the late William F. Cothron Sr. 
	          
	          Funeral  services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, at the Church of Christ, with  Glenn Logston, minister of the Church of Christ, officiating. Burial will be in  Pellicer Creek Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel of the Craig Funeral  Home from 4 to 9. p.m., Tuesday, and the family will receive friends at the  Craig chapel from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday. 
	          
	          Friends  wishing to, in lieu of flowers, may make contributions to the Church of Christ  or the Hope Haven Children's Hospital, 5720 Atlantic Blvd., Jacksonville. 
	          
	          Survivors  include one daughter, Mrs. J. W. (Alice) Beachem, St. Augustine; two sons,  William F. Cothron Jr., James M. Cothron, both of Miami; 12 grandchildren and  17 great-grandchildren. 
	          
	          Craig  Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
