April L. Brown, 25, of Hastings, died Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at Flagler Hospital. She was born in McRae, Ga., and had resided in the St. Augustine area for most of her life. She attended Anastasia Baptist Church.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 11, 2005, at Anastasia Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Pellicer Creek Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2005, at Kotrady-Hudgins-Croyle Funeral Home.

Flowers are gratefully declined and those wishing may make a donation to the April Brown Memorial Fund at any Compass Bank.

April is survived by her husband, Brian Brown of Hastings; a daughter, Kelsey Lewis of Jacksonville; a son, John Lewis of Jacksonville; stepchildren Joshua, Emily and Ivy Brown, all of Hastings; her parents, Ken and Sandra Lee of Jacksonville; sisters, Daphne Banks and Stacy Lee, both of St. Augustine; maternal grandmother, Margie Lester of Helena, Georgia, and paternal grandmother, Ann Eddins of Chiefland.
