Funeral service for Phyllis Lenore "Lynne" Stein, 71, Palm Coast, will be held Sunday, Sept. 16, 2007, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S., Flagler Beach, with Rabbi Howard Schwartz officiating. Burial will follow in Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Stein passed away September 12, 2007 in Palm Coast. She was born in the Bronx, N.Y., January 21, 1936, a daughter of the late Harry and Ann Weiss Kyman.

A resident of Palm Coast since 1996 coming from Emerson, N.J., she was a past 3-year trustee for the Jewish War Veterans Auxiliary and had been a volunteer for Hospice. Mrs. Stein enjoyed bowling, knitting, computers and was an avid gambler.

Preceding her in death was her husband, Irwin Stein, in 2005.

Surviving are her daughter, Staci Osak, Warwick, N.Y.; her son, Mitchel Stein, Cortlandt Manor, N.Y.; three grandchildren, Jordan Stein, Jeremy Osak and Shelbie Osak; two sisters, Marilyn Blanchard, Olympia, Wash., and Sandra Krystal, Manhattan, N.Y. The family suggests contributions to the Stuart F. Meyer Hospice House in memory of Mrs. Stein.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
