Wilfrid Toussant Riché

 

 

http://mi-cache.legacy.com/legacy/images/Cobrands/News-JournalOnline/Photos/RicheWi_Wilfrid_RichÉ_092009.jpgA funeral mass for Wilfrid Toussaint Riché, 73, of Palm Coast, who passed away on Monday, September 14, 2009 after a tragic car accident will be celebrated at 1:00PM Saturday, September 26, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 4600 Belle Terre Parkway, Palm Coast.

Entombment will follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 12:00PM until service time in the memorial room of the church. A visitation will be held the evening before on Friday, September 25, from 4:00-8:00PM at the chapel of Craig Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Road S., Flagler Beach.

Wilfrid was born on November 1, 1935 in Cap Haitien, Haiti to the late Antoine Riché and Fernande Muller. Beloved husband, father and grandfather, he was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and owner of the ice cream shop, Tummy Yummy. Retired for many years from management in the airline catering business, Wilfrid enjoyed being a scoutmaster in Haiti, traveling worldwide, camping, gardening, riding motorcycles, playing solitaire and playing pranks on his friends and family.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Alise; they have two children: Dr. Willise Riché and Jack Anthony Riché. Condolences to his wife, Alise; daughter, Dr. Willise Riché; son, Jack Anthony Riché and his wife, Alicia; his only granddaughter, Madeline Alise Riché; his sister, Cleornia Nadia Riché Guay and family of Montreal, Canada; his brothers, David Riché and family of Ottawa, Canada, Jacques Veve Riche and family of New York; Max Veve Riché of Cap Haitien, Haiti; many cousins, nieces and nephews to the Riché, Castan, Jean Pierre, St. Surin, Jean Baptiste, Fils Aimé, Charles Pierre, Geordani, Muller Jasmin, Narcisse and François families.

Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
