Jonathan Zachary Combs
February 11, 1981 - October 12, 2021

Jonathan Zachary Combs was born on February 11, 1981, in Forsyth County, N.C.  He and his family moved  to Florida when he was two years old where he lived for most of his life, until moving to South Carolina where he passed away.

He graduated from Peniel Baptist Academy, where he always affirmed that he had the best first grade teacher in the world, Lolly Pignato, and that he never got away with anything because his mom heard about what he had done before the principal did.

Zach worked for Palatka Welding Company and was an excellent welder. He later had his own landscaping business and was a hard worker. He loved hunting and fishing.

Zach had many struggles throughout his life, but he led many people to know Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. Only eternity will tell the impact of his witness in other people’s lives.

Zach leaves behind two sons, Tristan Miller and Tait Miller. A father, Tommy Combs, and a stepmother Thyra Combs. A mother, Linda Buckles and stepfather Joey Buckles. A brother, Andrew Combs. A sister, Heather Johnson and husband Sean Johnson. 2 nephews, Micah Johnson and Josiah Johnson. 2 nieces, Michaela Johnson and Cadence Johnson.

A Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20th, 2021, at the First Baptist Church of Palm Coast. A visitation will be held before the service from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Flagler Palm Memorial Gardens.

The family of Mr. Combs entrusted the arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.
