Nancy Jo, 5-day-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Whitaker, died this morning at 9:30 o'clock in the Flagler Hospital in St. Augustine where she was born.

Tentative funeral plans are for burial Friday morning at 10:30 at Espanola Cemetery.

Mr. and Mrs. Whitaker have three daughters living.
