		    John (Jack) Lott West, 78, 100 Forsythe St. Bunnell, died  Monday evening at Bunnell General Hospital, following an extended illness.
		    He was born in Waycross, Ga. and moved to Flagler County, 7  years ago from Atlanta. At the age of 9 he was an apprentice boiler maker, and  in his youth worked with Seaboard Railway.
		    He served 9 years as building superintendent of the Old  Peach Tree Arcade. He retired after 20 years of service as Building Superintendent  with the downtown Metropolitan YMCA.
		    He was a veteran, serving the Navy in World War I and Coast  Guard in World War II. He was a member of Bunnell First Baptist Church VFW Post  5213, DA V Chapter 86, and Bunnell Masonic Lodge 200 F&AM.
		    He is survived by his wife Ruby, one daughter, Mrs. Betty  Jane Russo, Sarasota, one sister, Mrs. Nell Maynard, Stone Mountain, Ga., two  grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
		    Military graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m.  Friday at Espanola Cemetery. Craig Funeral Home Bunnell, in charge of  arrangements.
