A funeral service for Harvey Leroy Way 70, of Bunnell, Florida will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2016, 2:00PM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd. South, Flagler Beach, Florida.  Visitation will be on Saturday from 1:00 pm until time of the service, immediately following, the interment will take place at Espanola Cemetery.

Harvey passed away after a long illness on Friday, February 5, at Halifax Health Hospice Ormond Beach Care Center. He was born on February 6, 1945 in Bunnell to the late William B. and Janet Way (Loomis).

Harvey attended Bunnell High School and was an over the road trucker earning “Driver of the Year’ and the “Million Miles Award” in 1985. Harvey was known by his CB Handle “Shade Tree”.  He retired in 2013 from the business that his son owns, Fourway Trucking & Sod Installation. He loved to hunt, fish, mud bog and being at the beach but his greatest love in life was spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends.

Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 48 years, Carol; children, Missy and her husband Buddy Dooley of Conyers, GA, Lee and his wife Heather Way of Bunnell, Shelly Way of Bunnell, grandchildren, Dusty Johnson, Brent Johnson (Kayla Arnold), Zack Kraft, Jordyn Way, Alec Dooley and Kendahl Kraft; sisters Linda Edwards of Holly Hill, Mary Odom of Bunnell; sister-in-law Rose Graham of Ormond Beach and numerous nieces and nephews.
