Samuel J. Tilton, Jr., 84, passed away on January 18th, 2022 in Bunnell, Florida. He was a lifelong farmer/ rancher. He was an avid hunter and saltwater fisherman. Samuel enjoyed Nascar racing, and college and professional football. He loved going to Harris Groceries and telling stories. Pop enjoyed spending time with his family that meant so much to him.

He was preceded in death by his parents S.J. Tilton and Florence Whitaker Tilton and his granddaughter, Jaylin Tilton.

Samuel is survived by his wife Elissa Cowart Tilton, his children S.J. Tilton III "Jay" (Elaine), Jerry Tilton (Maria), Jimmie Sue Casale, and Jill Garrett (Mike), his brother Austin Tilton, 10 grandchildren, and 8 1/2 great grandchildren.

Service Information: A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11am at Espanola Cemetery in Bunnell, FL.
