Harmon Thompson, aged 59 years, and a native of Appling County, Georgia, died Tuesday night at the home of Z. G. Holland in the St. Johns Park section of this county.

Mr. Thompson had not been a resident here very long; however he has spent many years in Florida.

Surviving him are his widow, and nine children, all of Waycross, Ga., two brothers, John and Elisha, one sister, Vina Leggett, all of whom are resident of Georgia.

Funeral and burial services were held Wednesday afternoon, the body being laid to rest in Espanola Cemetery.
