		      Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the graveside  in Espanola Cemetery for Mrs. Mary Ronald Root, 87, who died at her home here  early Sunday morning. 
		      
		      Mrs. Root fell three weeks ago, breaking an arm and had  been in bed from the injury until her death. 
		      
		      She had been a resident here for 18 years, coming to  Flagler County from Lampasas, Texas. She was a member of the Presbyterian  Church. 
		      
		      Services were, conducted by Rev. H. B. Murdock, Methodist  minister. Garcia Funeral Home of St. Augustine was in charge of arrangements. 
		      
		      Mrs. Root was a sister of the late Mrs. Robert Hamilton of  Bunnell. 
		      
		      Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. J. M. Tweed, Bunnell; a son,  A. B. Ronald, Lampasas, Texas; one brother, William Heatherington, in Scotland.  Also surviving are a grandson, Robert Tweed, a niece, Mrs. Henry Salyerds and a  nephew, Bert Hamilton, all of Bunnell. 
		      
		      Pallbearers were W. H. Wells, Raymond Smith, Ralph Harbert,  T. K. McKnight, D. D. Moody and H. M. Benson.
