		      Michael B. "Mike" Roach, 67, of Andulusia, passed away Tuesday,  January 7, 2014 at Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast following a brief  illness. 
		      
		      A native of Ypslanti,  Michigan, he resided in Flagler County since 1974 moving there from Longwood,  FL. A charter member of the American Board of Opticianary (ABO), Mike had  previously owned and operated Flagler Optical in Flagler Beach and currently  was the owner of East Gate Vision Center in East Palatka. A man with a hard  work ethic, Mike also enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending quality time  with his family. 
		      
		      He is survived by his  wife of 29 years, Marsha Roach, his children, Tammy Roach and Paul Roach, both  of Lexington, TN, Angela Roach of Jackson, TN, Teresa Ware of Pleasantville,  TN, Michael Godwin and wife Sabra of Ft. Worth, TX, Melissa Veal of Elgin, OK  and Amanda Godwin of Palatka, a brother Rex Roach of Geneva, FL and 18  grandchildren. 
		      
		      Services celebrating  Mike's life will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, January 10, 2014 at Johnson-Overturf  Chapel in Palatka with Pastor Ben Tippett officiating. Burial will follow at  Espanola Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 A.M. till  the time of services at 11:00 A.M. 
		      
		      Arrangements are under  the direction of Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka.
