		    EAST PALATKA, Fla. -- Celia Joyce Emery Oliver, 58, East  Palatka, who died Saturday, May 15, 1999 at her residence following a long  illness, will be at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 18, at the College Park Baptist  Church, Palatka, with the Rev Tom Pinner and the Rev Steve Swaringen  officiating. Burial will follow in the Espanola Cemetery, near Bunnell.
              
		      Friends may call from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. today (Monday) at  Masters Funeral Home, 3015 Crill Ave, Palatka.
              
		      She was born in St Augustine, grew up near Bunnell, and had  been a resident of East Palatka for the past 29 years coming from Bunnell. She  was a 1958 graduate of Bunnell High School. She graduated summa cum laude from  Stetson University in Deland in 1962 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
              
		      She had worked as a financial secretary for the Putnam and  Flagler County School Boards and for the Flagler County Clerk of Court.
              
		      She was a member of the College Park Baptist Church in  Palatka where she had served as director for the Preschool Department for many  years. She had served as a volunteer tutor, manly in reading, at the Browning  Pierce Elementary School in East Palatka where she had been recognized as  Volunteer of the Year at the school.
              
		      She was formerly active in the Daughters of the American  Revolution. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and friend.
              
		      She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Grace  Emery. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Lawrence L Oliver, East  Palatka; one daughter, Amanda Grace Oliver, East Palatka; one son, Jonathan  Emery Oliver, East Palatka; two sisters, Beverly Emery, Bunnell and Kathryn  Rich, Bonifay; two brothers, Quentin Emery and Howard Emery, both of Bunnell;  two aunts, Celia Lord, Hastings and Joyce Patrick Willis, Bunnell; and many  nieces and nephews.
