		      FLAGLER  BEACH - - Mariel M Mosby, 87, of South Central Avenue, a former Flagler Beach  post mistress, died Friday at Flagler Hospital-East in St Augustine. 
		      
		      Born  in Osceola Township, Mich., Mrs. Mosby moved here from Michigan in 1939. For  many years, she and her late husband owned and operated a grocery store in  Flagler Beach. 
		      
		      Mrs.  Mosby was a member of the Flagler Beach Volunteer Fire Department. Her house  was located across the street from the firehouse, and in her younger years, she  would set off the alarms to alert department members to a fire. 
		      
		      She  was a member of Palm Coast Seventh Day Adventist Church. 
		      
		      Survivors  include a daughter, Patricia Davis, Flagler Beach; two sisters, Mable Williams,  Bunnell, and Catherine Sapp, Jacksonville; two grandchildren; and two  great-grandchildren.

		      MOSBY, MARIEL M. - Funeral service for Mariel M (Mrs. R. R.) Mosby, 87, South  Central Avenue, Flagler Beach, who died Friday, June 10, 1994 will be 3:00 p.m.  Monday at the Craig Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev Ted Modell, pastor of  Palm Coast Seventh Day Adventist Church, officiating. Visitation hours at the  funeral home will be Monday from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service. 
		      
		      Mrs.  Mosby was born in Osceola Township, Mich., and moved to Flagler Beach in 1939  from Mich. She was a former post mistress of Flagler Beach and formerly owned  and operated a Flagler Beach grocery store with her late husband, R. R. Mosby. 
		      
		      When  her health allowed, she was every active in community affairs, and was a member  of the Flagler Beach Volunteer Fire Department, where she sounded the alarm for  many, many years. She was also a member of the Palm Coast Seventh Day Adventist  Church. 
		      
		      Survivors  include one daughter, Patricia Davis, Flagler Beach, two sisters, Mabel  Williams, Bunnell, and Catherine Sapp, Jacksonville; two grandchildren; and two  great-grandchildren.
		      
		      In  lieu of other remembrances, the family requests donations be made to the Palm  Coast Seventh Day Adventist Building Fung, P.O. Box 353580, Palm Coast, FL  32135.
