FLAGLER BEACH – Willis A. McDowell, 84, 1208 S. Central Ave., former Flagler Beach City Commissioner and resident for 26 years died Saturday morning in Cleveland.

Mr. McDowell was born in Cleveland and had moved to Flagler Beach from Macedonia, Ohio. He was a retired road construction engineer. He was a member of the Community Methodist Church

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Wilbur Williamson, Flagler Beach; two sons; two sisters; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
