		      Charlie H. McCraney, 68, of Bunnell, passed away, Wednesday, January 16, 2013  at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in Ormond Beach. 
		      
		      A native of Palatka, he  was a lifelong resident of Flagler County. Charlie worked as a general  contractor. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Bunnell and  was a charter member of the Flagler County Yacht Club. Charlie enjoyed Flagler County  History and hunting and fishing, both locally and abroad. He was a great  example of an environmentalist. 
		      
		      He is survived by his  wife of 31 years, Margie McCraney; three sons, Charles McCraney, Sid McCraney  and Bob McCraney; a daughter, Karen Dickson; four step-children, Cheryl Shedd,  Lisa Kinney, Matt Kinney and Johnny Kinney, all of Flagler County; a sister,  Margaret Wilson of Winston Salem, NC; nine grandchildren and 26  step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 
		      
		      Services will be at  10:00 A.M. Saturday, January 19, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in  Bunnell with Rev. Elizabeth Gardner officiating. Burial will follow at Espanola  Cemetery. 
		      
		      The family will receive  friends Saturday at the church from 9:00 A.M. till the time of services at 10:00  A.M. 
		      
		      Memorial donations may  be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, New York, NY  1004.
  
		      Arrangements are under the direction of Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in  Palatka.
