		    Herman Kruger, 72 year-old resident of Bunnell, was  instantly killed Tuesday, night at about 9:15 when a Florida Motor Lines  passenger bus hit Kruger on State Highway No. 4 near the Pecky Cypress lunch  place.
		    Mr. Kruger had left the lunch stand just a short time before  he was killed, it was stated, and it is presumed that he was on his way home at  the time of' his death. Leon Lantz, driver of the bus, said that he did not see  Kruger until the bus was within 12 or 15 feet of him.
		    Sheriff E. W. Johnston and Deputy R. A. Powell made an  investigation almost immediately after the accident. Mr. Kruger had resided in  Bunnell for about 25 years, and is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Nina Newsome  and one grandchild, Billy Newsome.
		    Funeral and burial was held at Espanola Cemetery this  afternoon at 3 o'clock, with Rev. W. L. Nelson, pastor of the Methodist church  and Rev. Edgar Stevens, pastor of the Baptist church in charge of the services.
