FLAGLER BEACH – Amelia M. Krier, 85, 204 S. Daytona Ave., chaplain for the Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary, Jim Booe Chapter 86, Flagler Beach, for nine years, died Friday at Community Hospital of Bunnell.

Mrs. Krier was born in Minersville, Pa., and came here in 1960 from Windsor, N.Y. During World War II, she was a defense worker in a caisson faction in Bainbridge, N.Y. She was a member of the Senior Citizens Club and Community Memorial Church, both of Flagler Beach.

Survivors include her widower, Gilbert; two sons, Edward A. Johns, Longwood, and Carl L. Johns Casselberry; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.

Craig, Bunnell, is in charge.
