FLAGLER BEACH – Ruth Mercer Joyce, 77, 1804 N. Central Ave., a resident here for six years, died Sunday evening after a lengthy illness at Community Hospital of Bunnell.

Mrs. Joyce was a native of Fort Valley, Ga.

Survivors include a daughter, Helen Heyder, Miami; two brothers, Tracy, Brunswick, Ga., and Vester, Culman, Ala.; a grandson; and a great grandson.

Craig, Bunnell, is in charge.
