		    Frank L. Hutcheson was instantly killed Sunday morning when  a truck which he was driving was said to have been struck by another truck on  State Road No.4 three miles south of here.
		    Several other occupants of the truck at the time of the  accident were uninjured.
		    The other truck figuring in the accident did not stop, but  was caught by officers in Jacksonville a few hours later, Albert Quilling of  Orlando being the driver, local officers said. He was returned to Bunnell and  placed in jail after a preliminary hearing bond being set at $5000, which the  defendant failed to make.
		    Surviving Hutcheson is his widow, one son, his father of  Bunnell, four sisters and two brothers.
		    Funeral services were held Tuesday morning from the local Baptist  church with Rev. John S. Taylor in charge.
		    The body was buried in Espanola Cemetery.
