		      FLAGLER BEACH – The Rev. Ralph L. Hubbard, 80, S.R. A1A, was dead on arrival  at Community Hospital of Bunnell Sunday, apparently of a heart attack.
		      
		      Rev. Hubbard was born in  Kenosha, Wis., and moved here two years ago from Bailys Harbor, Wis. He was the  pastor of the Community Memorial Church here and was the founder of  Dial-a-Thought prayer line of Flagler County. He also had been with Gideon  International for 15 years while in Bailys Harbor.
		      
		      Survivors include his  widow, Elizabeth; two sons, Kenneth, Grays Lake, Ill., and David, Whitefish  Bay, Wis.; a sister, Ruth Johnson, Kenosha; nine grandchildren; and six great  grandchildren.
		      
		      Craig, Bunnell, is in  charge.
