Mrs. Harriet Marion Corliss, 67 year-old mother of Gerald J. Hosford of Haw Creek, was found dead in bed early Saturday morning at the home of her son by members of the home. Death occurred from a heart ailment.

The body was placed in charge of the Carl Davis undertaking establishment of Palatka. The funeral and burial ceremony was held at the grave at Espanola Cemetery Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock.

Mrs. Corliss had been living here with her son for some time, while her original home was in Wisconsin. She was a member of Chapter No.2, Order of Eastern Star of that state located at Milwaukee.

Rev. John S. Taylor, pastor of the local Baptist church, had charge of the services.
