Rebecca Lynn Harper, 63 of Bunnell, FL., passed away at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, October 22, 2017. Rebecca was born in 1953 in Daytona Beach, FL to Ray and Wanda Mercer.

Rebecca worked for 29 years with Flagler County Schools as a program manager.

Her mother Wanda preceded her in death in 2012.

Rebecca is survived by her father, Ray Mercer; daughters; Jessica Johnson and Erin (Jason) Arnett; sister; Martha Smith, brothers; Louie and Frank Mercer; five grandchildren, who were the light of her life; Austin, Jaiden, Cohen, Kaden and Kenzie and her life partner of 22 years, Deen Wall.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 1:00PM at Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd South, Flagler Beach, FL. Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 28, 2017 from 11:00AM until service time at the funeral home.

Arrangements are under the direction of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, Memorial Gardens and Crematory.
