		    Isaiah H. Frier, aged 70, and one of the early settlers of  Flagler County, died at 11:59 Tuesday night at his home here after a number of  years of failing health.
		    He was born at Lakeland, Georgia, and lived there until he  came to this county 30 years ago where he lived in the St. Johns Park section.  There he was engaged in farming and turpentine operations. For the past 20  years he has resided in Bunnell and for a number of years was employed by the  county in highway maintenance work.
		    Funeral services were held at the graveside at Espanola  Cemetery this afternoon at 3 o'clock with Rev. R. P. Tomlinson, pastor of the  local Baptist church, officiating. The funeral arrangements were under  direction of McCabe Funeral Home of St. Augustine.
		    Mr. Frier is survived by his wife, Laura Frier; one  daughter, Mrs. Lucille Hatton of Hazelhurst, Ga.; two sons, Mahue Frier of  Allendale, S. C.; and Hubert Frier of Bunnell.
		    Pallbearers were Dale B. Brown, J. F. Mercer, H. C. Miller,  R. W. Deen, Sr., Clyde Lewis and C. O. Magee.
