Mrs. Rose Franz, 96, Culver Manor Nursing Home, Ormond Beach, died last Wednesday night at Halifax Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was a former resident of Bunnell.

Born in Germany she moved to Bunnell 50 years ago. She resided in the Black Point section of the county and later moved on Deen Road in Bunnell. She moved to National Gardens about 23 years ago where she resided until 1965.

Survivors include a niece, Mrs. Rose Rittlingmaier, Yonkers, N. Y.

Funeral services were held Tuesday at 11:00 a. m. at Woodward Lowther Funeral Horne, Ormond Beach. Burial was in Espanola Cemetery, with Burt H. Rider, Jehovah's Witness Church, Ormond Beach, officiating.

Pallbearers were V. Lizewski, M. Gordon, F. Battisti, F. Horack, M. Barber and C. Hughes.
