Frank Charles Franz, age 66, died at his home on Deen Road early Wednesday morning after a lingering illness.

Mr. Franz was a native of Erie, Pennsylvania, but came with his wife to Flagler County in 1912.

Only the widow, Mrs. Rose Helen Franz, survives the deceased.

The body was prepared for burial by the Carol Davis undertaking establishment of Palatka, and the funeral was held this morning at 10 o’clock from the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Rev. Krumm, of New Smyrna, officiating.

Burial was made at Espanola Cemetery following the funeral service.
