		    Amos S. Fowler, resident of Bunnell for the past 39 years;  died in the East Coast Hospital in St. Augustine at 12:30 Monday morning following  an illness of several months.
		    Mr. Fowler, who was 87 years of age, was retired railroad  conductor when he came to Bunnell from Elroy, Wisconsin. While living here he  had engaged in farming, dairy and mercantile business. He had been retired for  the past ten years.
		    Mr. Fowler had served two terms in the state legislature as  representative of Flagler County. 
		    Funeral services were held Wednesday from the First Baptist  Church of Bunnell, with Rev. E. W. Ware officiating. Burial followed in  Espanola Cemetery. Garcia Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
		    Pallbearers were: W. H. Wells, L. M. Whitaker, T. K.  McKnight, J. H. McKnight, Jr., J. D. Crews, and D. D. Moody. Honorary  pallbearers were R. W. Cody, G. B. Kelly, Louis Woods, J. F. Mercer, John Rice,  C. O. Magee, Homer Brooks, and Clyde Lewis.
		    Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. Evelyn Langdale, Bunnell,  and one son, C. E. Fowler of Lakeland; one grandson, Joe White, Bunnell, and  one granddaughter, Mrs. R. T. Bishop of Tampa.
