FLAGLER BEACH – Edward Joseph Farley, 65, 724 N. Central Ave., a construction worker retired from Palm Coast Construction, died Thursday at Community Hospital of Bunnell after a brief illness

Born in New York City, Mr. Farley came to this area six years ago from Fairfax, Va. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion in Fairfax.

Survivors include his widow, Mattie; a daughter, Carol Gambardella, Haymarket, Va.; and a son, Kevin Edward, Fairfax.

Craig, Bunnell, is in charge.
