Graveside Funeral Services for Harry Barnard Davis, 84, Salt Springs, who passed away Wednesday morning, Dec. 13th at his home were held Saturday at 11 a.m., at Espanola Cemetery with The Rev. Donald F. Foster officiating.

Mr. Davis was born at Davis Branch, 12 miles northwest of Bunnell, which was at that time St. Johns County.

He was the son of Matthew Davis who was also a pioneer of the St. Johns Park area, and had lived there most of his life. He moved to Salt Springs several years ago where he was engaged in the commercial fishing industry.

Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Alma, a son Charles, of Jacksonville, five sisters, Mrs. Daisy Buckles, Mrs. Anita Akins and Mrs. Grace Kinney of Bunnell, Mrs. Maggie Rushing and Jane Williams of East Palatka.

Masters Funeral Home of East Palatka was in charge.
