Patricia Deen Cowart

A visitation for Patricia Deen Cowart, age 88 of Bunnell, Florida, who passed away on Wednesday January 18, 2023, will be held at First Baptist Church in Bunnell, Florida on Saturday January 28, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m., a Memorial Service will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. with Pastor Michael Desroches, Pastor Charles L. Cowart and Bart Tilton officiating, followed then by visitation with the family afterwards.

Patricia was born on 4-14-1934 in Daytona Beach, Florida. Patricia (Pat) was raised in Bunnell, where she attended school, and went to college at the University of Florida.  She married Charles Harold Cowart Sr. and remained married for 64 years before Charles' passing.  Pat was a member of First Methodist Church of Bunnell. She loved being a homemaker and taking care of family. Some of her many talents included sewing, cooking, and a part of her routine was organizing, bookkeeping and tending to business matters for their cattle/timber operations, etc. She was a wonderful hostess to many get-togethers at their home. Then she'd be off to the beach for fun times, as she loved to have family and friends gathered there too. The beach was a great joy for Pat, where you could find her at the shoreline with a bowl of fruit gazing at the morning sunrise.

 She and her husband Charles loved music and dancing. She enjoyed her family and life very much and will be greatly missed.

Patricia is survived by her son Charles Harold Cowart Jr., (Chuck), daughter Edee Coleen Hurst, son Robert Deen Cowart Sr., grandchildren Charles L., Rhett, Chad, Brittany and Codee, great-grandchildren, Charles T., Asher, Chadwick, Alexis, and Holden.

The family of Mrs. Cowart have entrusted her arrangements to Clymer Funeral Home & Cremations.
