		      Evelyn M. Cook, who lived at 700 E. Magnolia St. Bunnell, died Monday at  Community Hospital after a lengthy illness.
		      
		      She was a former owner, with her husband, Robert, of Cook’s Sundries in  Bunnell.
		      
		      Mrs. Cook was born in Clinton, Iowa. She moved to Flagler County 30 years  ago from St. Augustine.
		      
		      She had been active in the First United Methodist Church of Bunnell, the  Flagler County PTA, the Band Parents Association and the lunch program for the  Council on Aging.
		      
		      In addition to her widower, survivors include three daughters, Patricia  Gignae, Warren, N.J.; Janet Herbig, Daytona Beach, and Mary Gordon, Bunnell;  four sons, Charles, Williamstown, Mass.; Robert, Tequesta;  Michael,  Bunnell, and John DeLand; and 14 grandchildren.
		      
		      The family asks that, in lieu of remembrances, donations be made to the  First United Methodist Church building fund.
