FLAGLER BEACH – Joseph Spencer Chapin, 64, Flagler Beach, a resident since 1983, died Wednesday at home.

Mr. Chapin retired here from Westhaven, Conn., where he worked for Grand Union.

Survivors include his widow, Isabelle, Flagler Beach; two daughters, Mary Jensen, Flagler Beach and Gwendolyn Rolli, Hamden, Conn.; a sister, Caroline Frost, Spring Valley, Calif.; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Craig, Bunnell, is in charge.
