Thursday, February 23, 1967James Stewart Bray, 70, Deen Road, passed away Thursday, March 16 in the Bunnell General Hospital.
He was born in Starke, Florida and moved to Bunnell fifty years ago. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bunnell.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. LaVeda Kieffer, Miami; .3 stepdaughters, Mrs. Ann Lindsey, Mrs. Hattie Mae Parker and Mrs. Ethel Miller all of Jacksonville; 1 brother, William, Holly Hill; 2 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services were held Saturday morning at 10:00 a. m. at the Espanola Cemetery. The Rev. Oliver Taylor officiated.
Pallbearers were Harold Newby, L. E. Wadsworth, Dave Perryman, Sam Broadaway, A. B. Johnston, Otis Hunter, Lee Blakely and J. B. Smith.
Craig Funeral Home of Bunnell was in charge of arrangements.
