BUNNELL - Phyllis C. Barber, 71, of North Anderson Street, a resident since 1946, died July 2 at Memorial Hospital-Flagler.
Mrs. Barber, a homemaker, was born in Wooster, Ohio, and came here from her birthplace. She was a member of First Methodist Church, Bunnell, and attended Wooster College, Wooster. She enjoyed reading.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Shelton; two sons, Garie, Bunnell, and Michael, Abilene, Texas; a daughter, Kathleen Dever, New Smyrna Beach; and seven grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Volusia/Flagler, 3800 Woodbriar Trail, Port Orange 32119.
Volusia County Cremation Society, Daytona Beach is in charge.
