Dorothy C. Barber, 79, of Moore Street, a native of Appling County, Ga., died Tuesday at Memorial Hospital-Flagler. 

Mrs. Barber, a homemaker, came here 75 years ago from Waycross, Ga. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Bunnell. 

No known local relatives survive.
