Stan was born May 26, 1976 in Bunnell, Florida to Patricia Ann Germack Bailey King Rodgers and Thomas Bailey who both predeceased him. Stan attended Flagler Palm High School. He was most recently a house painter in Volusia County; previously he was a builder for Truss Systems.
Stan possessed a tremendous sense of humor which no one was immune from for long. He put a smile on everyone's face he knew. He loved his family and his friends unconditionally. Stan's favorite pastimes were listening to music, playing his drum set with his brothers and his dad, Jay, writing poetry, painting, sketching, barbeques (awesome shish kabobs), and bon fires (really large bon fires). Stan touched everyone's heart and he will always be remembered and missed by all who had the privilege of meeting him.

He is survived by brothers, Michael Thomas Bailey, Pennsylvania, Garvin Leonard King, Jason Lee Rodgers and James Craig Rodgers, all of Bunnell; sister, Carrie Lynn Rodgers Reiter, Palm Coast; son, Gabriel Paul Bailey, Edgewater; daughter, Alyssia, Pennsylvania; aunt and uncles, Ronald and Marie Logan and Dorothy and Frank Germack, all of Bunnell; aunt, Lady Rodgers, Palm Coast; stepfather, Leonard King, Hastings, FL; and step-parents, Jay Rodgers and Mena Wadsworth Rodgers, Bunnell, FL; eight nieces; and a large multitude of friends.
