		  Mrs. Elizabeth Knight, wife of Walter E. Knight of  Bunnell, died late Sunday afternoon in a Palatka hospital following an illness  of three weeks duration.
		  Mrs. Knight was the former Miss Elizabeth Price of Jacksonville and was the  daughter of the late Katherine Williams Price and John Price. She was born in Jacksonville but had resided  here for the past thirteen years.
		  She was a member of the Baptist Church  and was active in Church and Sunday school activities. She had also been active  in the Band Parents Association and the Parent-Teacher Association here for  the past several years.
		  She is survived by her husband, Walter E. Knight of  Bunnell three sons, Robert R. Chastain, Eugene F. Knight, and Eldon Knight, all  of Bunnell; one brother, Percy Price of Jacksonville. Also surviving are  several neices, nephews and cousins, among them being Mrs. K. K. Knight of  Bunnell.
		  Funeral services were conducted at 3:30 Wednesday  afternoon at Seashole Memorial Chapel in Jacksonville with Rev. W. W. Rhody,  pastor of the First Baptist Church of Bunnell, officiating.
		  Burial followed in the Riverside Memorial Park.
		  Pallbearers were A. A. Rosenberger, W. H. Whittle and H.  Z. Miller, all of Jacksonville, and John C. Rice, Johnny Mercer and M. B.  Fuller, all of Bunnell.
