Joe E. Pittman, 86, a retired farmer, died this week at Bunnell General Hospital. He made his home at Palm Terrace Trailer Park, Bunnell.
Mr. Pittman, a native of Baxley, Ga., had lived in West Volusia and Flagler counties for the past 70 years. For many years he lived in Seville.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include his widow, Margaret; three daughters, two step-sons; 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of remembrances, the family requests contributions to the building fund of the Church of Latter Day Saints or to a favorite charity.
